Clan about ninjas, like before but don't be afraid to keep the naruto stuff.

Ranks:
Kage (K)- 1 kage, they run everything vital in the clan, they also teach every now and then.
Sannin (SAN)- just 3 of these and they are the best of the best in the clan, they take on a lot of missions, clan battles, hits, training, and other stuff.
Jounin (J)-These are very good members and they mostly do training regimens with thier squads, they also take on missions like, clan battles, and training.
Special Jounin (SJ)-The rank before a jounin, this rank is basically to train people in basic stuff that is required to do when becoming a jounin, takes on missions, clan battles, forum stuff, gathering people together.
Chuunin (CHU)-members that have been in the clan for just a little while, they are decent and take on only one mission and that is clan battles.
Genin (GEN)-New members that have passed the academy exams. Occasionally take on clan battles.
Academy Student (S)- A fresh recruit, has to undergo a training exam to become a genin and participate in clan battles.

Special Ranks:
Council (C)- Help the Kage in important decision making and other various stuff.
Bounty Hunters (BH)- When we have to have a substitue in a clan battle, this is the rank given to them.
ANBU (ANBU)- Special rank assigned that has a special task that no one else does. They must pass a very hard test in order to get into the ANBU black ops.

Squads that the jounin run:
Each squad has a ninja type name: (EX:Wind Squad, Fire Squad, ect...)

Each squad is 2 clan members chuunin or under and a jounin instructor.

The jounin will have thier own training book that will be given to them upon achieving this rank. It will be on the forums. It will include what to train thier recruits, how to go about it, how to be respected so your guys will listen, and a section for notes that they can have to remind themselves of what they have to do.

Sannin Black list:
The sannin black list includes, members that need to be told to leave the clan, people from other clans that need to shut thier mouths, various stuff like that. The sannin enforce the rules and help build our clan reputation.

Special Jounins Summoning Technique:
The special jounin has 1 major task that needs to be enforced. They will be in charge of keeping a practice or meeting in order.
Basically keeping everyone in line and not screaming at each other.
They will also be the ones to gather everyone up for a meeting or practice.

ANBU:
The ANBU's special task is to keep an eye out. When they find something interesting (EX:Good clan to battle with, a person to add to the Sannin's Black List, ect...) They will report it to the Kage and then it will be added on the mission board.

Training Secctions:
Each training section will focus on different techniques.
Genjutsu- Attacking the enemy from the shadows, (catching them off guard and escaping techniques).
Taijutsu- Head on fighting style and techniques.
Ninjutsu- A further away attacking style, (keeps the enemy away from you while you are fighting, usefull for long range snipers).

Shogi table- a forum that has to do with battle strategies and weapon strategies.

Medical Ninja- An engineer that focuses on healing members firsthand and fighting second hand.
Barrier Ninja- A member that focuses on protecting allies rather than taking command posts.
